Reflecting on my 15 years of design experience, I recently had the privilege of working on a small patio project that allowed me to delve into the timeless architecture of Rome and Greece.
With utmost humility, I ventured to reimagine these classical principles through the lens of modernism, seeking to harmoniously blend form and function.
In the pursuit of architectural integrity, I strived to distill the essence of a structure's purpose into its aesthetic expression. Embracing the philosophy of "less is more," I carefully curated a design that embraced minimal embellishment while maximizing the beauty of pure functionality.

For the materials, I chose wood and glass, each carefully selected to serve a specific purpose. The system of wooden arches not only added visual interest but also provided a practical solution to zone out noise and dust, creating a serene oasis within the bustling surroundings.

To ensure privacy and individual retreat, I incorporated two pavilions with glass, which gracefully delineated distinct areas while allowing natural light to dance through. These secluded spaces became sanctuaries for contemplation and rejuvenation, inviting moments of solace.

At the heart of this patio lies an amphitheater-inspired central bench, meticulously crafted to foster social connections and foster a sense of community. Encircling a carefully designed fire zone, it becomes a natural gathering point where stories are shared, laughter echoes, and bonds are forged.
This humble patio project stands as a testament to the enduring beauty of architectural principles and their power to transform spaces into cherished experiences. It is a privilege to share this creation with you, and I am filled with gratitude for the opportunity to continue my architectural journey.
